Asos Company produces drying technologies for mining, chemical and biomass industry and carries out design, automation and mechanical manufacturing processes by its experienced engineering and technician staff in its own facility located in Çorlu spreading over 10,000 square meters. ASOS provides comprehensive services in the fields of laboratory tests, improvability studies, pilot scale model tests, process designs, project management, education services, production and procurement of process equipment as well as turnkey plant construction services. Process Engineering: Our expert engineers create the system design of the product to be manufactured to compose system's flow diagram and process design.
We conceptualize the project: After process design is finalized, projects are designed and simulated using 3D solid modeling software.
We manufacture: Manufacturing work is performed by our certified and trained welders with our own cutting, bending, cylinder, plasma, CNC Lathe and Milling tools.
Automation: Our software engineers and expert electrician staff carry out automation work of the systems we manufacture ensure the perfect harmony among these systems.
Quality Control: We control and monitor every stage of manufacturing and audit project alignment. We renew our employees' welding certification trainings on a yearly basis. We make sure all our products are certified by TUV, CE, ASME, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 international certification standards to document our manufacturing quality. We dispatch finished products only after they pass all required tests.
Assembly and Commissioning: We perform mechanical assembly, electrification and automation of machines in our own facilities. We create project design for steel construction, heat boilers and installations required for facility construction and put them into use with our expert partners.
