TURN-KEY PROJECTS:

We provide design, project, manufacturing, automation and process engineering services for turn-key facility building in various industries.

Project Design: Our expert engineers create the system design of the product to be manufactured to compose system's flow diagram and process design. After process design is finalized, projects are designed and simulated using 3D solid modeling software.
Manufacturing: All manufacturing work including tailor-made machinery demanded by clients are performed by our certified and trained welders in our facilities with our own cutting, bending, cylinder, plasma, CNC Lathe and Milling tools.
Quality Control: We control and monitor every stage of manufacturing and audit project alignment. We renew our employees' welding certification trainings on a yearly basis. We document our manufacturing quality before international certification institutions such as TUV, CE, ASME, ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001 and dispatch finished products only after they pass all required tests.
Assembly and Commissioning:We perform mechanical assembly, electrification and automation of machines in our own facilities. We create project design for steel construction, heat boilers and installations required for facility construction and put them into use with our expert partners.
