PROJECT AND DESIGN:

System design of the product to be manufactured is performed by our expert engineers in accordance with process phases.

Tests and calculations regarding the project required for the product are performed to determine dimensions of machinery and equipment. Draft layout projects and flow diagrams of projects are prepared and detailed analyses, simulations and calculations are made to finalize dimensions of machinery and equipment.

Facility equipment layout and installation pipe isometrics, etc. are prepared using 3D solid modeling software (Solidworks) in conformity with the final equipment dimensions and with the place where product will be installed. 3D layout and equipment designs are inspected by the technical team.

After technical team's inspection, if necessary, designs are modified and submitted to the approval of client after final inspection.

Manufacturing projects of equipment design and approval processes of which are completed are prepared and submitted to manufacturing department after necessary inspections to start with the manufacturing.
